Our story

Built from a bold idea.

Since 2019, Riverside families and coaches have built a program grounded in teamwork, discipline and a love of the water.

From five shells to the national stage.

Riverside Crew began in 2019 with a group of parents determined to build a rowing team. Within three months, the community assembled five shells, four coaches, two launches and 25 rowers for an inaugural 2020 season.

The first racing season was canceled by the pandemic. The determination stayed. Today, athletes represent Riverside at state championships, Stotesbury and SRAA Nationals.
